Really love the lighting, makes the photograph seem cold and his skin soft. I like all the shadow on his face too.
Not quite sure about the background, it's a bit.. random. But it doesn't distract the attention from the model so that's good.

Well the white of it is good, as it helps to show up the shadows on the mdoel more. I just think there's a little too much stuff nearer the bottom of the photograph, and the pole going up it just seems a bit odd to me. But then that is only my opinion :)
